Research undertaken by Kristin suggests women are leaving Christian churches in England at the rate of 50,000 worshippers a year. Her study, as part of a new book Women and Religion in the West, explored reasons why women are leaving the church and what it could do to address the issue. National and media coverage resulted, with Fox News, the New York Post, Daily Star, Daily Telegraph and Daily Mirror picking up on the 2008 story.
