How to book
Enquiring about a venue
Complete our online enquiry form or call us on 01332 597842. We'll contact you to discuss your requirements and the most appropriate venue and confirm availability and costs. We'll also invite you to visit the University to view the facilities.
Booking your event
Once you've decided to go ahead, we'll send you a Hire of Facilities form outlining all costs. To confirm your booking you'll need to return a signed copy of the Hire of Facilities form - certain events may require a non-refundable deposit to be paid.
We'll keep in regular contact with you in the lead-time to your event. Menus and the technical requirements and minimum bedroom numbers should be finalised four weeks before your event. We'll ask for the final numbers and catering times seven days before the event.
On the day
We'll meet you when you arrive to check through your day's programme and we'll be available to assist with any queries throughout your time with us. After the event, we'll ask you to complete a short questionnaire and provide you with a fully itemised invoice.
