The University of Derby aims to provide a high quality service to all our students. We try to continuously improve the quality of our services. If we've fallen below the standard that you'd expect, we'd like to know so that we can address the shortcoming.
The complaints procedure is designed to ensure that any issue is responded to quickly and constructively and without recrimination.
