Where: Pedal Powered Party! Derby Silk Mill

Free event, everyone welcome over the weekend of 2/3 June as part of Derby Mini Maker Faire and the Cultural Olympiad, a bike powered generator will be built for the city of Derby. The Pedal Powered Party will launch the "On Your Bike" pedal powered community events taking place at Derby's Market Place during August and September.

This is your chance to use your skills to improve and promote understanding of a Local Nature Reserve. Come along to meet Groundwork and the Friends of Chaddesden Wood, explore the wood, help with a conservation task and find out more about how you can help. Meet at Springwood Drive entrance.
