Let's Colour Markeaton Park - Saturday 16 March
10am-12 noon.
Join Friends of Markeaton Park planting native wildflowers. Meet at the pay and display ticket machine, adjacent to the putting green at the far end of the main Markeaton Park car park, off the A52 / A38 junction.
Spades, trowels, Bluebells and Wood Anemones will be available at the Pitch and Putt Hut near the main Ashbourne Road car park from 10am. The ground can be wet, muddy and uneven underfoot, so you should wear comfortable walking shoes, boots or wellies and bring warm, waterproof clothing in case it rains.
