Free Bowls Taster Sessions in June & July
In 2009 the University teamed up with the Derby West End Bowls Club to help attract new members.
The club, based on Markeaton Street in the heart of Derby's West End, was formed in 1913 and currently has around 70 members. It has wonderful facilities including two greens, a club room and a bar.
Once again, we've teamed up with the club to give you the chance to take part in a series of free taster sessions leading up to the annual Community Bowls Match Challenge, so why not come along and have a go? Woods can be provided. Please wear flat shoes.
Taster Sessions:
Wednesday 13 June: 6pm-8pm
Tuesday 19 June: 6pm-8pm
Wednesday 27 June: 6pm-8pm
Tuesday 3 July: 6pm-8pm
