We're committed to giving access to education for all
Derbyshire has a vast range of communities from those within the urban areas of Derby, Erewash, Amber Valley, North East Derbyshire, Chesterfield and Bolsover, to ones within the rural areas of High Peak, Derbyshire Dales and South Derbyshire.
We support individuals, groups and organisations who are working to enhance the quality of social life in urban, suburban and rural settings.
Community projects
Previous projects have involved participants setting up youth groups, football schemes, community drop-in groups and sewing classes.
Return to learning
Many people have taken short courses as part of their local project and have then gone on to take university degrees.
