Our three year promise

We offer you full careers support for up to three years after you complete your course at Derby

Congratulations on your achievements at the University of Derby!

Don't forget the Career Development Centre's three year promise to you...

For up to three years after completing your course you are entitled to help, support and guidance from the Career Development Centre, including:

  • Continuing support with your career planning
  • Tailoring your CV for your job applications
  • Preparation for your interview
  • Exploring your future career options with our impartial careers advisers.

At Derby:

Careers advisers are normally available from Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm in the Career Development Centre in the Library at Kedleston Road. You can:

  • Book online 
  • Telephone 01332 591316 (we'll ring you back if necessary).
  • Contact us online

At Buxton:

Careers advice is available from Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm in Room DOG22 at the Devonshire Campus. You can:

  • Drop in to the Career Development Centre on the day you want to see an Adviser (if you are making a special trip you are advised to ring us first on 01298 28324).
  • Email us.
  • Telephone 01298 28324 (we'll ring you back if necessary). 

Don't forget it's still our job to help you plan your future career.
