A KTP is a three-way project between a graduate, a company and a university. Graduates are recruited to manage challenging and strategic projects for the company, whilst being supported by a dedicated university. Projects last from one to three years.
Covering a huge range of projects, KTP is one of the largest graduate recruitment programmes in the UK.
