Mission
To help employers to meet their talent management requirements through the provision of a responsive student and graduate recruitment services, and to ensure that students understand the needs of employers in a competitive, global graduate recruitment market.
What employers can expect from the Career Development Centre
Employers can expect:
- Staff to deal with their enquiry in a helpful, courteous and professional manner
- A response to an email or telephone enquiry within two working days
- To be provided with a service which is responsive to their requirements
- Impartial and accurate advice and information about appropriate services
What we require from employers:
So that we can be effective in responding to your needs it would be helpful if employers could please:
- Provide clear and accurate information relating to your requirements
- Indicate a point of contact and relevant address, telephone and email information
- Comply with any stated deadlines relating to vacancy submission or event planning
- Ensure that we have sufficient time to provide the services you have requested
- Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities and ensure that you do not discriminate against students or graduates on the basis of gender, age, race or ethnic origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation
- Provide feedback on our services so that we may continue to improve the way in which we work with employers
