My background
I have worked as the Student Employment Agency (SEA) co-ordinator since 2003. I have over 14 years experience of working within the Recruitment Sector.
My main focus has been to bring the SEA in line with that of high street Agencies, offering a professional and dedicated service to students and employers. The role of SEA is to develop more job opportunities, linking with the Career Development's Employer work.
My customer focussed approach has resulted in secure business relationships with internal clients of the university and local businesses.
I am a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
