My background
I work in the Student Employment Agency as an Administrator Assistant. I have been in this role since 2002. I previously worked in further education for a college in Nottingham as an Advice and guidance worker. In 2006 I gained a Level 3 qualification in Advice and Guidance.
My role at the University is to support and assist the students in gaining part time employment whilst they are studying to enhance their skills and gain better employability opportunities. I liaise with external and internal clients, and manage the financial aspects of the agency, such as payroll, invoices, and supports the team in running the agency as an effective and efficient service.
