matrix Excellence Award winners
The matrix Standard is the national quality standard for organisations offering information, advice and guidance on learning and work, to ensure that people make informed decisions about their development, and have access to the best possible support and resources.
In it's commitment to continuous improvement, the Career Development Centre uses the Matrix framework and self assessment to strive towards service excellence.
We first achieved the matrix standard in 2005, were re-accredited in 2008 and again in 2011. In 2009 we achieved a matrix excellence award, being the only Careers service within a university in the UK to do so.
