We support employers with your part time, placement, project based and permanent recruitment needs. We also provide mentoring opportunities for staff development.We can also help you with aspects of your corporate social responsibilty agenda through working with our students.
Support for students and graduates
We provide careers information, advice and guidance services for:
- Current University of Derby students.
- University of Derby graduates for up to three years after course completion.
- Adults considering returning to university level education.
- Access and Further Education students.
Student employment
Our Student Employment Agency provides part time and temporary work for students at the University of Derby.
Partnership working within the University of Derby
We work in partnership with many departments within the University of Derby, including Faculty and departmental managers and lecturers, to promote effective careers education, information and guidance services. We also work closely with:
External partnerships
We are an active member of the East Midlands Heads of Careers Group, which includes 10 Universities within the East Midlands, where we work to advance the interests of graduates in the region. A key partner in this work is the East Midlands Development Agency.
