Tell us what you are doing after your course
Every year the University of Derby, on behalf of the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), asks all students who have recently completed a course to take part in the Destinations of Leavers of Higher Education Survey (DLHE) to find out what they are doing in terms of work and/ or study.
Complete the survey now
- If you completed your course between 1st January 2012 and 31st July 2012 then you can complete the survey now.
- Simply login to UDo, click on the 'Personal' tab and log in to 'Student Centre' and under 'Academics' click on 'Enter DLHE survey'.
How is the information collected?
All leavers in the target groups will be contacted contacted by e-mail approximately six months after they have completed their course.
If we don't have an up to date e-mail address, or we don't get a prompt reply, we will also send out a survey in the post.
If we haven't heard back from you we may contact you at the awards ceremonies or via the telephone.
What do we do with the information?
As the survey is part of a national survey, we supply all the data anonymously to HESA to enable to government to compile their national statistics.
More specifically, we use the data collected from University of Derby graduates to enable us to create a snap-shot of our graduate destinations.
We are also able to use the data to help us develop the support and guidance provided to current and prospective students in relation to careers and employability.
