There are a limited number of charities that offer a graduate training/internship schemes. The following charities have run graduate recruitment schemes in the past: Oxfam, Cancer Research UK, Charities Advisory Trust, and Barnado's.

Social enterprise

  • Social enterprises - businesses set up to tackle a social or environmental need - examples include The Big Issue, The Eden Project and Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen. The Social Enterprise Coalition's website provides information on social enterprises and a list of members
