My background
I have been a Higher Education lecturer in Tourism and Volunteering. I am currently studying for a PhD.
In my role as a Volunteering Officer my responsibilities involve facilitating staff and students' volunteering. A keen volunteer myself, I am responsible for the development of relationships with a variety of not-for-profit organisations throughout Derbyshire.
I am also currently project managing the Derby Award.
