Men's Health Week
15 – 21 June is Men’s Health Week which this year focuses on healthy living for men addressing such issues as smoking; excessive alcohol consumption; healthy diet and physical activity. It seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle thus reducing the risk of serious diseases such as cancer, stroke and heart disease. Check out Men's Health Forum for articles, questions and podcasts.
