Buxton poetry competition
I'm really looking forward to seeing the different perspectives poets bring to the challenging theme of History & Heritage. The past has never felt so important, with so much energy now seemingly invested only in breathlessly looking forward to the newest technical wizardry. There are moments and powers and wisdom we can capture from the rhapsody of our past that can make the balanced present suddenly richly exciting, with infinite creative potential. I can't wait to see and listen to the response of our lyrical revolutionaries!
