[Brown background and footsteps]

[Man with white hair and black and white suit walks into shot]

So you've been told you've only got a short few weeks to live.

[Man slides door closed. Door sliding sound]

[Man slides open another door to reveal a new location with light blue background and computer screen]

Do you really have to say something but you don't feel that you've got the time or the health to say it?

[Man looks to his right. Camera cuts to him looking over his right shoulder, revealing white blinds in the background.]

Perhaps you've written a eulogy you want read after your funeral but you feel that it's not going to be delivered correctly, or perhaps not at all?

[Cut scene to man perched on desk with file boxes, desk chair and water cooler behind him]

Say

[Zoom in to face shot with dramatic bang sound]

No

[Zoom in to face close up with dramatic bang sound]

More.

[Cut scene to shoulder shot of man in office]

All you need to remember is my name. Archibald Wesley Hammond, director of
Confessions Limited. It's my job to make sure you have the last say,

[Man leans closer to camera]

the right way,

[Man looks over right shoulder. Camera cuts to close up of man looking over his shoulder]

the satisfying way,

[Man stands up. Camera cuts to close up of man stood up. Man winks]

the Archibald way.

[Fast-paced, classical music grows louder. Camera pans left and focuses on man reading a file]

Hundreds of clients just like you have found comfort in exposing that snivelling Uncle that's been stealing the savings

[Man slams file shut. Camera cuts to man walking out of office room to the left]

Or a cheating spouse

[Man walks over to large pin board with pictures, maps and sticky notes. Man taps loudly on board]

who were believed they're getting away with it.

[Man looks over right shoulder and nods to the board on his right]

No matter the truth, good or bad, you can trust me to deliver it at your funeral.

[Camera cuts to close up of man with hand held up to his face mimicking a telephone]

0800 confess.

[Telephone number flashes at the bottom of the screen]

[Classical music fades]

[Camera cuts to shoulder shot of man with brown hair wearing a black hoodie with OK in white letters, walking in a large church. Man walks towards camera as camera slowly pans out]

Hi, my name is Floyd Parker Horwell, producer and cinematographer for
Confessions Limited, a black comedy about a man who seeks justice at his own funeral.

[Cut to man with beard and a lip ring sat in gold chair, wearing black hoodie with OK in white letters. Purple, plastic flowers in right forefront of screen]

Hi, my name is Fletcher Smith. I am the co-writer and director of Confessions
Limited.

[Cut back to Floyd in the church]

Fletcher and I have produced several short film projects over the last year and a half ranging from

[Floyd continues voice over as short clips from previous films flash across screens.]

[Image of lady with red hair, knitted sweatshirt and black background looks up thoughtfully]

experimental,

[Close up of a man wrapped in a thick scarf and coat, holding an empty glass, reading a card that says 'take back your life']

melodrama,

[Wide shot of hooded figure dragging a body wrapped in a white sheet through dark woods]

murder mystery,

[Fletcher continues voice over]

[Shoot of a man laying on a sofa with fingertips touching, talking to someone off screen]

mental shorts, psychological romances,

[Short clip of two hands embracing over a white, fluffy blanket]

[Wide shot of birds silhouette on electric wires against orange sunset]

and poetic documentaries

[Floyd talks. Short clip of six men and three women in woods, dressed in medieval clothing, celebrating and shaking hands]

and historical fiction.

[Camera cuts back to Floyd in the church]

For our final year production at the University of Derby we really wanted to take on the challenge of a comedy.

[Cut back to Fletcher sat in chair]

Floyd introduced me to this idea in June this year and instantly I was fascinated that this could be somebody's real life job.

[Floyd in church]

I was first inspired to tell this story after hearing about the work of Bill Edgar,

[Image of man with grey hair and white shirt stood in front of a large stone cross flashes across the screen]

a real-life coffin confessor.

[then returns to Floyd sat on a pew in the church]

and then I thought... "what if there is a company? A corporate company called Confessions Limited."

[Cut to Fletcher sat in chair]

And so, you know all throughout the summer we spoke about it, and we spoke about the family relationships and the secrets, the facades. Who'd be the
proprietor of such a company?

[Image of older gentleman, Archibald Wesley Hammond, from Confessions Limited footage]

Enter our very own, Archibald Wesley Hammond- This bold and facetious character, you know, somebody who has a poker face. They can switch at the drop of a hat.

[Floyd stood up in the church]

Who better to play is such a powerful character than Graham Cole.

[Video footage of Graham Cole wearing police officer uniform walking down a street, from previous acting roles.]

You may recognize Graham Cole as Tony Stamp from The Bill. After working with Graham back in February on PTSD 999's project, Broken Glass, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with him again.

[Cut to Fletcher sat in chair]

Followed with an ensemble of Theodore McCarrick, our
billionaire Tycoon,

[Images of hand drawn cartoon characters glide across the screen]

his greedy wife, Cynthia and her toy-boy, Lorenzo.

[Cut to Floyd stood in the church]

This will be our most ambitious project to date, with Graham Cole and a supporting cast, 50 extras, a large crew, a stately home and a grade one listed church.

[Cut to Fletcher sat in chair]

Really, this is the hilarious story of Theodore who has hired, Archibald, to take on his last will and testament

[Still black and white images of cartoons cut across the screen]

and play a game of 'Guess Who' at his funeral, revealing all the secrets that he knew about to his family, to his friends, to his work colleagues, and we see them learn these truths about one another, one by one, in quite a painful but crazy way.

[Cut back to Fletcher sat in chair]

This story is the perfect opportunity for this Hollywood-British Fusion Style with crossover themes between Blackadder and In Bruges, Hot Fuzz. You know, where these bold characters are juxtaposed in beautiful landscapes, with this dry British humour aspects of the story.

[Cut to Floyd stood in the church]

In order to make this project a reality, to cover the costs of casting, locations,  catering, logistics, we need your support. We'll be running a crowdfund campaign over the next 60 days to try and raise ten thousand pounds. It
goes without saying that we have a very exciting but rewarding challenge ahead
of us. We've already had incredibly generous support from our sponsors, PTSD
999, JJ Burgess Funeral Directors and Makira Medical and Event Services.

[Cut to shot of Floyd stood in middle of the church with pews either side]

In the campaign, we've got some great perks starting from 4k digital downloads
of the final film, invites to our VIP screening event, personalized movie posters to executive producer credits, a speaking part in the film and even, lunch on set Graham Cole!

[Dramatic classical music grows louder]

We appreciate that time is tough at the moment but even if you could donate one or two pounds, it would go a long way. We're all really looking forward to
getting back on set.

[Dramatic classical music ends. Birdsong calls gently]

Thank you for listening.

[Cut to black screen]
