Why I chose to study at Derby
I had previously spent some time in London where I found it very crowded and noisy. Derby is a quiet town and the people are friendly and it was one of the few universities offering the MSc Forensic and Security programme, so I knew it was the place for me. I have no regrets in choosing Derby.

All the lecturers are really friendly and put their all into what they teach. Throughout the course we have the opportunity to attend guest lectures where we meet industry professionals. This gives us a good idea of what to expect in the real world.

I have no doubts in recommending Derby as a great place to study. You are encouraged to learn and the facilities are first class. The lecturers have a great deal of knowledge, the classes are very practical and the library facility is excellent.
