Welcome to Employable Futures.
Employable Futures is an initiative created by the Faculty of Business, Computing and Law to help you broaden your skills and knowledge in readiness for securing your first graduate role or work placement opportunity. In today's competitive job market it is never too early to start thinking about and preparing yourself for employment.
As a graduate is it important to demonstrate to employers that you actively engage in a wide range of extra-curricular activities including paid work experience, volunteering and networking events.

Complete the online self-assessment to find out how prepared you are for employment. This is also a great tool to identify areas of improvement in consultation with your personal tutor.

The Employable Futures' Calendar of Events features a great range of opportunities available for you to participate in throughout the academic year. Check out events listed and attend as many as you can - the more activities you attend the better prepared you will be!
