I am here to offer information, advice and guidance to students on a range of issues and act as a signpost to other support services that are on offer at the University.

I can help students and enquirers with:

• Intercalations
• Withdrawals process
• Assignment hand in
• Where to access study skills support
• Where to access pastoral support
• Finding your way around campus
• Generic programme information
• General orientation into student life.

I provide support for the elected student representatives.

I support and help to plan, promote and offer assistance at the annual Student Rep conference and Faculty programme rep forums.

I can help academic staff with:

I act as a source of advice for staff on the range of support available to assist and guide students, including:

• Self help
• Face-to-face advice
• Written sources covering a range of student matters.

I can advise academic tutors and programme teams about issues affecting student success.

I support the delivery of the Faculty student experience strategy.

I also work with other departments such as SSIS to contribute to the development of new systems and procedures that identify and support students at risk of academic failure or withdrawal from their studies.
