My main focus is on marketing through the use of CRM, overseas university exhibitions and visits, and creating and implementing effective campaigns. I also help academics and staff on other international issues such as visas, cultural differences and the experience of international students who are here already. Current international students come to me for advice and help too with things like accommodation and just settling in to university life. What I can help students and enquirers with: International issues such as culture and languages Student welfare and experience Providing course information. What I can help academic staff with: CRM Plans and campaigns and the implementation Marketing material for international trips and visits Liaison with international partnerships and agents International issues such as culture and languages etc Students welfare and experience.

Enquires you may have regarding your course Informing you of the availability of academic staff. Collecting marked assignments from the reception I can help academic staff with: Processing your assignments and ensure they are ready for student collection. Ordering any consumables or stationery that you may need. Processing both incoming and outgoing mail.
