Awards for Excellence 2012
Nominations are invited for the latest annual University Awards for Excellence.
Aims
The aims of the awards are to:
- Recognise and reward staff who have made an exceptional and/or innovative contribution to the University in support of the University's corporate plan and strategy
- Showcase and disseminate excellence
- Promote excellence by providing funding to undertake research, attend conferences or provide equipment in furtherance of the University's goals

- Excellence in the Improving the Customer Experience
- Excellence in Academic Engagement*
- Excellence in Employer Engagement
- Excellence in Internationalisation
- Programme Leader of the Year

Lecturer of the Year (student nominated and endorsed by line manager)
* If you make a nomination for the academic engagement category which relates to learning, teaching and assessment please indicate on your entry form whether you wish the entry to be considered for the National Teaching Fellowship Scheme.
