If you’re enrolled incorrectly you might get fail grades against modules you are not actually taking and won’t be able to receive a grade for those you are. To check your enrolment, view your student profile in your student centre, www.derby.ac.uk/UDo you can also add and delete modules in the first two weeks of term.

If after the initial two weeks you need to change your modules contact the Student Records and Fees Unit or come into the Student Support Centre at your site. They can offer advice on changing modules and the possible fee implications. The Programme Advisory Service can offer you advice about implications of module changes and credit accumulation.

Your attendance in lectures will be monitored, incorrect enrolment may mean that you get letters about poor attendance. If this happens you can email studentrecordsandfees@derby.ac.uk who will help you get your record corrected.
