For undergraduate programmes - Autumn semester grades will be released daily from mid-February. Spring semester grades will be released daily from mid-June.
Postgraduate and professional programmes will vary, check with your programme notice board or Programme Leader.
» Where do I get my results from?
You can view your module results via UDo in your student centre. If you're offered a referral, you'll see a pop-up message and you must accept or reject this opportunity. If you have any queries about your results please email results@derby.ac.uk.
» I can't see any results
If you still can’t view your grades check the dates that results are due to be published. If your results should be showing speak to your module leader.
» I think my results are incorrect
If you think that the marks that have been awarded to you are incorrect you must speak to your module leader or email results@derby.ac.uk.
» What do I do if I fail a module?
Check your grades to see if you have been offered a referral. If you've not been offered a referral or have failed the refer, you may be permitted to repeat the module in its entirety or choose to do an alternative module. This module may be capped to a grade of 40%. Your module leader can advise you.
» I haven't achieved the grade I wanted, can I retake the module?
There's no opportunity to repeat a passed module to gain a higher grade. You may be able to retake a failed module, contact your programme leader or for Joint Honours Scheme students, an academic counsellor. There may be fee implications if you decide to retake a failed module. For further information please contact the Student Records & Fees Unit.
