Students earn while they learn
Students earn while they learn
We help students find contracted, paid work as they are studying to off set the cost of their studies. This work could vary from weddings to promotional work for companies, to product photography.
Students might be doing jobs that earn them anything from £20 up to £2,000.

Chris Howard and Angela Jenkins who studied Commercial Photography established their photographic agency, Cactus Images, during their second year and secured space at the University's Banks' Mill Studios in Bridge Street, Derby.
Chris and Angela have all graduated with first class honours degrees at the University of Derby. Since then Cactus Images has been able to grow bigger and has attracted big contracts such as a product catalogue for Lastolite; the leading manufacturer of photography, video and cinema industry equipment.
They've also been chosen by national and regional companies to do work for them which shows how successful they are already.
A larger studio is the next goal in Banks' Mill and it's a great opportunity for Chris and Angela to create a fully digital studio. This will allow them to get even better work and become more competitive and also will be excellent for their career prospects individually. Angela has already received an award for professional photography from the University degree show.
Cactus Images say that "Commercial photography is an incredibly competitive market and so we need to compete both technically and creatively".
Business support grants have been awarded to them for Banks' Mill making it more affordable. With the grant and the profits they make they will be able to invest in new equipment and technology.
Graduate Neal Morgan also runs his own business, Zachary Hunt Photography. Visit his website www.zacharyhunt.co.uk.
