Architecture
We'll focus on developing your creative and technical skills, both for new and exciting buildings. Our Architectural Venue Design course concentrates on interior architecture and design whereas Architectural Technology and also the foundation degree, focus on architectural building practice.
Built Environment
Our courses let you choose from several foundation degrees in built environment, which will give you a good grounding in this subject area or let you apply directly for one of our BA/BSc (Hons) courses. As well as attending classes and lectures, you'll have regular visits to see how buildings are constructed and how the services are installed
Real design briefs
You can work on real briefs issued by companies, so they're more interesting and give you a taster of what it's like to work in industry.
Sir Richard Branson set our students a Design Challenge to improve further the environmental performance of Virgin Atlantic. Tasnime Jennings won the challenge and was awarded a week's work placement at Virgin Atlantic's Crawley headquarters.
