Schools and Colleges booking form

This Schools and Colleges day booking form will not book you places to see our Fashion Show at Derby Theatre, for this you will need to call Derby Theatre box office on 01332 59 39 39 and quote ADT2013. Tickets are priced at £3.

Please only book the number of places that you are certain of filling.

Although this is a free event, we reserve the right to make an administrative charge should your group (or more than 50% of  the group) not attend.

If you need to make any changes to your booking please contact us.

Fashion Show at Derby Theatre

Please note that if you would like to attend the Fashion Show at Derby Theatre at 1.30pm on 5 June, you will need to call the Box Office to book tickets: 01332 59 39 39. Tickets are £3 each. Please quote the reference ADT2013. The ticket price includes transfer by coach from The University to Derby Theatre. You will need to arrange for your students to be collected from Derby Theatre after the show.
