Shifting Locations
Autumn Seminar Series
October 2011 - February 2012 at the University of Derby, Kedleston Road
ICR is proud to announce a series of themed seminars on 'Shifting Locations' which will be held between October 2011 and February 2012. The broader topics of the seminars will relate to transnationalism and transnational identities, involving discussions of current staff research and critical sources on the notion of shifting locations of 'nation' and identity. Our aim is to attract a diverse group of speakers, and we welcome your participation.
As well as fortnightly internally led discussions, guest speakers who will give different approaches and perspectives to each topic will lead four key seminars, whilst a half-day symposium is scheduled for January 2012.
