Accommodation

We have two campuses that are 30 miles apart - Derby and Buxton - and there's great value accommodation for each campus.

University owned and run accommodation is called halls of residence. Most first year students live in halls because they're just a short walk away from our campuses and they're a great way to make friends. They also offer you safe and good value accommodation with other students like you.

If you'd rather move into a house or flat we can help you find private accommodation too.

It takes about an hour to drive from Derby to Buxton, so we always recommend booking accommodation in the place where you're going to be studying.
