Our policy is to only use the data you supply to us for use in regard to the work of the University of Derby. We do not pass on your data to any other third party under any circumstances.

Terms and conditions

1. The winner should be agreeable to sharing the outcomes of the entry to the EYPS GEP Group at a mutually convenient date.
2. Photos of the winner and resources bought should be supplied to the University of Derby for use on marketing materials.
3. The vouchers must be used by end of May 2013 and images supplied by 1 June 2013. 
4. Competition is open to candidates on the University of Derby EYPS programme only.
5. Entries must be received by Friday 15 February 2013. 
6. No cash alternative will be offered to prizes.
7. The EYPS programme team will choose one winning entry. The decision of the University of Derby EYPS team is final and, no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified of their prize on World Book Day 7 March 2013.
9. The University of Derby reserves the right to display entries in promotional material and on the website.
10. All personal details will be destroyed once the winners are announced.
11. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
