FdA Applied Photography Exhibition
FdA Applied Photography Exhibition 2012
On Monday 30 July 2012 the FdA Applied Photography exhibition opens at Markeaton Street, in the Studio/Darkroom corridor. This is the culmination of our Applied Photography students' part-time journeys with the exhibition of photography from their second stage 'Work Based Learning' module.
The Applied Photography programme is a part-time Foundation Degree which encourages students to develop a wide range of technical and creative skills in photography with an emphasis on Work Based Learning. These students have been studying and working for several years now, using the online blended learning materials, face-to-face sessions and their own time and creativity to produce a wide range of photographic work. This can either be through work with their employer, freelance or through their own personal projects.
This show contains an eclectic mix of work including; product and portrait photography, landscapes, mother and baby, art and music, cars and close-ups. Each piece of work is individual as the students who come onto this programme.
Exhibition opening times:
Monday 30 July - Friday 7 September 2012.
Opening hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
